The Kanto Story

Kanto Freestyle Breakfast started out as a small roadside eatery in Mandaluyong City. It was established in 2011 by Vincent and Val the Juanta Brothers, along with two-other co-owners.

According to Vince's wife, Sandz, her husband thought of the idea of putting up an Affordable Gourmet style restaurant at home.

The term "Kanto" means street in Filipino, this notes back to how the business started from a roadside and expanded to what it is today.

The word "Freestyle" is about how customers can freely choose what they want to eat. In a sort of "Mix-and-Match" style of eating, Customers are opened to a wide range of viands and sides which are all sure to give you a new taste everytime you come to Kanto.

Apart from offering Gourmet-style food at reasonable prices, Kanto Freestyle also gives back to the community by offering work to Out-of-School Youth.

This does not only provide more opportunities for the younger generation but it also gives them the chance at better futures.

Now with 7 branches all across the Metro, Kanto Freestyle food can be at your fingertips. If you want fresh Gourmet-style Food at its best, come down to a Kanto near you!
